Seafood Pasta Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 sm. diced onion
  • 6-8 oz. fresh mushrooms, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. raw lg. scallops
Seafood Pasta Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Place oil in large frying pan, cook onions and mushrooms until soft. Add salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add can of tomatoes, parsley, oregano, and wine. Simmer 10 more minutes. Add seafood (amounts of shrimp and scallops may be altered, according to your own taste, as long as the total equals 1 1/2 pounds). Cook until shrimp are pink and curled and scallops are soft. The seafood pasta recipe is ready to serve over angel hair or linguini....great taste ! Enjoy the feasts !

  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. dry pasta (gnocchi, ziti)

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat butter; add onions, green pepper, celery, garlic and red pepper. Saute 10 minutes or until tender. Stir tomatoes, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, rosemary, black pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes.
Add scallops and shrimp. Simmer until scallops turn opaque and shrimp are hot. Cook pasta. Combine sauce with pasta. The seafood pasta is ready to serves 4 great persons ! Enjoy it....delicious !

Char peppers evenly over gas flame, grill, or under broiler. Place charred peppers in paper bag. Close and let stand 15 minutes. Peel or rub away the charred skin. Remove tops and seeds. Slice into thin strips. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Stir cooked pasta with remaining ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Chill 1 hour and the seafood pasta recipe is ready to serve.   • 1 1/2 lbs. ripe tomatoes, diced (3 c.)

  • 6 oz. fusilli pasta
  • 4 oz. fresh shrimp, deveined & shelled
  • 3 c. chopped broccoli
  • 6 oz. pea pods
  • 2/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. imitation crab meat (4 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS
Toss tomatoes, parsley, garlic, oil and pepper in large bowl; set aside.
Cook pasta according to package. Combine shrimp, broccoli, peas, chicken broth, lemon juice and oregano in deep 12" skillet. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Stir in crab, cook, uncovered until heated through (1 minute). Drain pasta. Serve pasta, seafood tossed into bowl with tomatoes. INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg. linguine
  • 1 (15 oz.) can white clam sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 1 tbsp. dried or 2 tbsp. fresh minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen baby shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab flakes
  • 1/2 lb. scallops (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine clam sauce, garlic, white pepper, parsley, white wine, and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Add shrimp, crab flakes and scallops.
Simmer all ingredients on low heat until sauce is heated through and scallops are opaque in color.
Drain cooked pasta and pour seafood sauce over it. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with more parsley, if desired. The seafood pasta recipe is ready to serve...enjoy !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1/8 c. diced red bell pepper
  • 1/8 c. diced green pepper
  • 12 oz. Italian hot sausage, diced
  • 1 tsp. cayenne powder
  • 2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 c. crushed fresh tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. dry red wine

INSTRUCTION
Saute the onions, peppers and sausage in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.

SEAFOOD PASTA:

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 c. unsalted butter
  • 8 oz. your favorite white fish (I use orange roughy)
  • 8 oz. med. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails removed
  • 8 oz. bay scallops, cleaned
  • 8 oz. fresh shucked oysters or mussels
  • 6 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 to 2 lbs. cooked fettuccine (depending on the sauce to pasta ratio you prefer)
  • 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 c. spicy sauce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute the first 4 ingredients in the butter and wine for about 4 minutes. Add fettuccine and cream and simmer another 4 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups (or more if necessary) of the spicy sauce and simmer until well thickened. Top with the cheese and the seafood pasta recipe is ready to serve with tossed green salad. Nice one !

  • 1 lb. egg noodles, med. width
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. shrimp or crabmeat (cooked)
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. French style green beans
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts (sub.)
  • 1/2 lb. carrots
  • 8 oz. coarsely chopped almonds
  • 6 oz. flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 sm. can pitted black olives
  • 2 oz. pimentos
  • 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta and set aside to cool, keep in cool water. Next place a layer of artichokes or green beans on bottom of casserole dish.In separate bowl toss pasta with carrots, olives, both cheeses
grated, almonds if green beans are bottom layer and add pimentos.
Add seafood and continue to toss, then add all to the casserole dish. Pour both cans of cream of mushroom soup over mixture and allow it to be soaked up.
Cover top with flavored bread crumbs. Squeeze a little lemon on top for flavor. Place in 300 degree oven for 30-45 minutes and serve. Great the next day. The seafood pasta recipe is ready to serve....enjoy it !

  • 4 or 5 green onions (scallions)
  • 1/2 sm. green or yellow pepper
  • 6 oz. shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 c. "Good Stuff" Salad Dressing (see recipe)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta until tender. Wash thoroughly with cold water and drain.While pasta is cooking chop, celery, scallions and pepper into small pieces. Place in large bowl. Cut seafood into small pieces and add.
Drain olives and add. Add cooled and drained pasta, salad dressing and lemon juice. Toss gently. Add more salad dressing if desired.

INGREDIENTS

* 1 pound linguine pasta
* 1/2 cup butter
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined


DIRECTIONS

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in cream, and season with pepper. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Stir Parmesan cheese into cream sauce, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Blend in the pesto, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened.

Pasta with Scallops... a must try seafood pasta recipe !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb (450g) spaghetti
  • 2 tbspn olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves - peeled and crushed
  • 1 large onion - peeled and chopped finely
  • 1 can 14 oz (400g) peeled plum tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 glass white wine (optional)
  • 2 tspn dried basil
  • 1 lb (450g) prepared scallops - sliced in half crossways
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat half the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry gently until softened. Add the scallops and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove the scallops with a slotted spoon and set to one side.
Add the rest of the oil and onions and cook until the onion issoftened. Add the can of tomatoes, white wine and basil and simmer for about15 minutes until thickened. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Add the scallops to the tomato sauce, heat through and serve immediately with lots of fresh parmesan...the seafood pasta scallops is ready...a nice and amazing taste of pasta !

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tbspns (1/4 cup) Olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 400g tin chopped, peeled plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspn dried basil, or about 12 fresh leaves chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz (300g)(2 cups) peeled prawns (shelled shrimps)
  • 1/4 pt (150ml) (2/3 cup) white wine (drink the rest!)
  • 2 tbspns freshly chopped parsley
  • 1lb (450g) fettucini
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the oil in a pan and when it's hot, fry the onion and garlic until softened - do not brown.
Add the tomatoes and let the sauce simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Add the white wine and cook a further five minutes. Add the prawns and cook gently for about 5 minutes - taste and add salt and pepper if required.
Cook the fettucini according to the packet instructions.Drain and put on plates, adding the sauce on top. Serve with freshly grated parmesan and a twist of black pepper.For the 12 oz of prawns, you could substitute either one of or a mixture of crab meat, tuna fish, smoked haddock, fresh salmon, seafood cocktail (cockles, whelks, mussels) ...great combination for seafood pasta. 1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Stir in the soup, milk, salmon, onion and cheddar cheese. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter.

Artichoke and Shrimp Linguine










Great seafood pasta recipes to try....artichoke plus shrimp...a nice combination !

INGREDIENTS

* 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
* 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* 1 (16 ounce) package frozen fully cooked salad shrimp, thawed
* 6 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
* 1/2 cup sliced black olives
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


DIRECTIONS

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes; cook and stir until garlic is lightly browned and shrimp is hot, about 5 minutes. Mix in the artichoke hearts, black olives, lemon juice and salt; cook until heated through. Toss with pasta in a serving dish and top with Parmesan cheese before serving...hmmm..what a great and delicious taste of pasta's. Enjoy !
